This program feature a broadcast of a historic address by Roy Romanow former chairperson of the Royal Commission on Future of Health Care in Canada and former Premier of Saskatchewan. He is speaking at a national celebration of the 25th anniversary of Canada Health Act which is the cornerstone for universal public health care for all in Canada. This event was held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (home of the first province in Canada to introduce Medicare). It was sponsored by the Canadian Doctors for Medicare.
